Use these free printable templates as coloring pages or craft patterns. Choose Black and white for detailed line art to color on paper, or Outline for a simple shape to trace onto paper, card or felt and cut out. Set your size, save a PDF, and print at 100% or Actual size.
Make your own 3×3 paper puzzle with nine blank interlocking pieces. Draw inside the outlines, enlarge them for wall crafts, or export SVG files. The first nine choices are blank; nine illustrated garden pieces follow as an optional version.
For pieces that fit together, use these full-board PDFs. Print at 100% or Actual size, without Fit to page. Each board is 180 mm wide and uses the same scale.
Cut along the puzzle boundaries on the complete picture. The blank cutting template has only the shared outlines, for tracing or adding your own picture. This is a paper craft, not a precision jigsaw; small fitting differences are normal. Adults should help with scissors.

Width starts at 1 cm, with no fixed 100 cm limit. Height keeps the original proportions. Large designs can span up to 100 printed sheets. In free arrangement, use Fit all designs after enlarging a design; adding sheets alone does not enlarge it.
Outline: outer contour for tracing and cutting out. Black and white: detailed line art for coloring pages and craft templates. Color: ready-made decorations.
Place multiple illustrations wherever you like, at any size.
Applies when printing across multiple sheets. With no overlap, trim the blank margins and align the image edges.
Save a settings file to reuse later on this template page. Includes automatic arrangements, free layouts, paper, sizes and line thicknesses. Loading replaces the current settings; Undo restores them. Files are processed on your device.
Select an illustration to add it. Drag a design to move it. Use the top handle to rotate and the lower-right handle to resize.
Add enough sheets to fit every design at its current size.
2 across × 3 down = 6 sheets. Adding sheets keeps designs the same size.
Blue bands show where sheets overlap. Guides are not printed.
Use “Fit all designs” to adjust the canvas to fit every illustration without resizing it. To choose an exact size, open “Set width and height”.
The finished size and number of sheets appear at the top of the preview.
Blue bands show the 5 mm overlap between neighboring sheets. Trim the blank margin from one sheet, align the matching artwork, then tape or glue the sheets together.
Blue bands and sheet guides are not printed.
Making the canvas smaller does not shrink the illustrations. Anything outside the canvas is cropped when saving or printing.
Changing the paper or orientation keeps illustration sizes and positions unchanged. Up to 100 sheets are supported.
The 18 choices (nine garden pieces and nine matching blank pieces) can be saved separately in Color, Black and White or Outline as PDF, SVG or transparent PNG. Individual resizing and free placement are useful for decorations, but do not automatically preserve the assembled picture: setting every piece to the same width will not make a matching puzzle. Use the full-board downloads above for assembly.
Choose Blank puzzle pieces 1–9. The tabs make their bounding widths different: do not give every piece the same width. For an approximately 90 cm square board, select cm and use these widths: pieces 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9: 30 cm; pieces 2 and 8: 40.2 cm; pieces 4 and 6: 35.1 cm. Keep the same scale factor for all widths if you change the board size. PDF tiles oversized pieces across pages; SVG preserves vector outlines. Arrange rows 1–3, 4–6, 7–9 without rotating or mirroring. Allow small paper-craft fitting differences.
One 3×3 puzzle layout: nine blank pieces first, then an optional garden picture divided into the same nine pieces. There are 18 selectable options, not 18 different pictures. The whole-board PDFs are supporting print files.
Yes. Print the black-and-white complete board, color the picture, then cut along its shared puzzle boundaries.
